This is query "what treats polymyositis?" in TEST; same behavior in PROD

PK: 8b5a759c-2366-4d5d-aa66-258e557c831e

So there's a treats prediction, but it is just supported by an "associated with" edge from spoke with no further evidence. So there's basically no reasoning shown.
