british english vs american english give different search entries

e.g. type in search “optimization” and “optimisation” give different entries
e.g. type in search “skeletonisation” gives no entry, while “skeletonization” give a few

@czhci , "Organisation -> organization" will be implemented in Drupal and we can wait for the upstream changes and our upgrade to next Drupal 8.9.x.
