Images in place in PDF

Its confusing to see the Codespace online PDF rendering the image inline - where they should be - at not at the end as has been happening.

I'll leave this here as an inconsistency - as in the past the images are bunched at the end of a PDF when rendered using Codespace.

We will still make the changes we propose as we want to ensure things work in the way that we require.
