Find differences between pages and establish design

Currently the projects pages are not as cohesive as they should, many times buttons and other page elements are different between them. We should work towards establishing a well defined design for the website as a whole, staring by finding these differences and properly define their solutions.

Most of the current issues concerning the look and feel of Nitsig have been addressed through several other issues. Closing this for clean-up sake, good job!
