13 species are included in the Nature Index database but are not part of the species selection for the TRIM analyses here.
We need to check why that is (some may be indicators based on expert opinion alone) and to what degree they need including here.

These are the affected species:

  • "Acrocephalus schoenobaenus"
  • "Anthus cervinus"
  • "Anthus petrosus"
  • "Aythya marila"
  • "Calidris alpina"
  • "Charadrius morinellus"
  • "Cinclus cinclus"
  • "Clangula hyemalis"
  • "Eremophila alpestris"
  • "Gallinago media"
  • "Melanitta fusca"
  • "Melanitta nigra"
  • "Phalaropus lobatus"

These appear to be the species for which expert assessments are made. Check with Bård & JAK whether they want the calculations for those or not.

@DiegoPavonJordan Bård has confirmed that these are the species for which we need expert assessments. But he also said it could be useful if we ran the TRIM analyses on them. So we should add those to the list of species for analysis (alongside the grouse species and the area-subsetted species).
