Some YAML options are not fully working for this plot.

Not working:
xlabel: 'Model'
ylabel: 'Observation'
title: 'Scatter Density Plot'

Maybe not working:
shade_lowest: True #False

Need to check all and verify
Need to connect the vmin and vmax to the actual obs min and max values rather than this being specified in the plot type
