Update CDEPS to include the recent changes from ESCOMP/CDEPS #51

Updates from ESCOMP/CDEPS include the following features:

  • Fix bugs in cpl_scalers.
  • Fix an issue in aux data streams.
  • Initialize the field_mask field in dshr/dshr_mod.F90 to avoid an error in debug mode.
  • Remove shr_mpi_mode and replace with ESMF_VM operations.
  • Update CDEPS documentation.
  • Update CMakeLists.txt to build consistently with gnu debug mode.
