MOM6 main repo was updated on 20230731 which is the original 2023-07-03 candidate, see detail at mom-ocean#1603 (comment)
Need to bring this back to dev/emc
No answer is involved in this updating but there are several variables (unit conversion related which were added in restart files by mistake in early time) being removed, thus it will require a new baseline in UWM
