does ip _4 library handle double precision?

We need one build of the ip library (the _4 build) to handle sing;e and double precision using interface statements.

Currently we're setting the size of C variable based on the build type, so _4 build uses float's while _8 and _d use double's, _8 uses long's while _4 and _d use int's. Does that answer your question?
