Has UPP been built and run with spack-stack on MSU and RHHPCS platforms?

Good Afternoon,

Currently, Hercules and Gaea utilize a different dev version of spack-stack "spack-stack-dev-20230717," and of those two on the CM side, we've only been running Hercules UPP RTs with spack-stack. I believe Gaea C5 is still a work in progress with successful compiling verified with PR #784. Wen and I have been running tests to work towards getting the full build and UPP RTs up and running with spack-stack on Hera, Orion, and Jet.

I should update here that with PR #816, spack-stack 1.5.0 is currently being utilized on Hera, Orion, and Hercules.
