The PRSLEV files are used by the REFS ensemble postprocessing system, and a recent inventory of REFS products against HREF showed a lack of a LTNG probability field.

RRFS LTNG products currently are only going to the NATLEV file. The easiest way to fix this for REFS would be to add it to the PRSLEV file as well
