Description

PR #301 crashes FV3 when coupling with GOCART due to updates in setup_exportdata(), which reference unallocated pointers when cplflx is .false.

To Reproduce:

Issue observed on Hera and Orion with the Intel compiler when running with the coupled GOCART component (cplchem = .true., cplflx = .false.)
