Describe the solution you'd like

• understand previous flow of static components/tasks in fre-workflows with cylc graph (print out graph) - 2/24/25
• map out where exactly (sections, tasks) in workflow static components (do_statics switch currently) are being used
• map out how static tasks SHOULD flow on a per-component basis
• edit Jinja2 scripts to access and parse yaml for necessary information regarding components that have static sources
