Adding the following as part of the primary ngen and ngen-calibration images:

  • SoilFreezeThaw
  • SoilMoistureProfile
  • LGAR
  • LSTM (see comment below)

Also, if not terribly difficult, also adding these, even though full support across DMOD and dependencies may not be ready:

  • Snow17
  • Sac-SMA

The LSTM module is going to be especially complicated, in particular because of a dependency conflict with a Python package. As such, I've split that off on its own in #529.
