This will be a good transfer of knowledge about the High Water Threshold calculation and development so that George can help in the future set up the HUC Based version of High Water Thresholds that the field could adjust as needed. But before we get to that step, PR Service Hydrologist and reached out to ask why we use this version: 1999 instead of the more recent version: 2017. I am not sure if this is true so lets dive in and ensure that the High Water Thresholds are the most current for Puerto Rico and if they need to change, what that change difference looks like.
