Include refrigerant emissions from HVAC and refrigeration equipment.

This analysis includes leakage rate from different kinds of equipment:
PAE, "City of Seattle Refrigerant Emissions Analysis", 2020. Jamy Bacchus may have some data as well from USGBC/LEED analysis.
