Based on our discussion with Jeff Munk, Tony, Scott, and I earlier this morning: using 30 W/ton for the pump power in the fan/pump adjustment factor is reasonable and consistent with what's in ANSI/RESNET 301, but probably isn't a good assumption for the total pump power when you factor in the pressure loss over the whole ground loop. We should add a better assumption for what the total pump power is based on the length of the ground loop (which gets calculated as part of the sizing algorithm). I'm going to see how quickly I can find some good sources/references for how we ought to be calculating pump power per ft of ground loop HX we add, and we'll make an update if we all feel comfortable with that reference and the implementation.

Addressed in #1886, but we should see if we can further improve the default pump power W/ton value.
