Issue overview

When objects have OS:Table:Lookup (and associated objects ie. OS:ModelObjectList, OS:Table:IndependentVariable), and the object gets deleted in OpenStudio, it does not delete the table lookups.

Current Behavior

The tables get left in the .osm file and are not attached to anything.

Expected Behavior

If they are not used elsewhere, they should be deleted.
