pip install transformer error

it has some error, and I searched some solution, it is not work：
ERROR: Could not build wheels for tokenizers, which is required to install pyproject.toml-based projects

some solution include:
curl --proto '=https' --tlsv1.2 -sSf https://sh.rustup.rs | sh

I don't know if you have encountered similar problems. Or can other versions of transformers also be run?
