using already downloaded models by huggingface-cli

hey hi.
I downloaded a model with huggingface-cli command

huggingface-cli download --resume openai/whisper-large-v3;

how I can use that model in nemo_tookit

import nemo.collections.asr as nemo_asr
asr_model = nemo_asr.models.EncDecHybridRNNTCTCBPEModel.from_pretrained(model_name="openai/whisper-large-v3",refresh_cache=False)⏎

Hi, normally if it is a nemo model, you can use :

asr_model = nemo_asr.models.EncDecHybridRNNTCTCBPEModel.restore_from(path)

But, here you need to convert it to nemo format.
