Are there available GPUs in BioNeMo?

I am a beginner in Nvidia BioNeMo. Thank you so much for everyone's help!
I got an account for BioNeMo usage recently. There are 9 NVIDIA BioNeMo Services (e.g., Alphafold2, DiffDock… etc.) ready to use and supported by NVIDIA DGX Cloud GPUs. I wonder if is there a way to use their GPUs (e.g., NVIDIA DGX Cloud) through the NVIDIA BioNeMo platform for ML models other than these 9 NVIDIA BioNeMo Services (e.g., Alphafold2, DiffDock… etc.). For example, I download a container image (nvcr.io/nvidia/tensorflow), and I want to get cuda-supported GPUs from NVIDIA DGX Cloud to continue my project. Is it free to get Cuda-supported GPUs from NVIDIA DGX Cloud through NVIDIA BioNeMo? Or do I need to have Cuda-supported GPUs on my local computer?
