Check whether the 802.1CB function of the LS1028A does not comply with 802.1CB 2017 standards.
As shown in the figure below

The hardware doesn't comply to 802.1CB-2017:

It complies to 802.1CB draft 2.2 (2016):

The EtherType can be customized, but the length of the tag can't, and the placement of the Reserved field in the 802.1CB-2017 header format makes them incompatible.

Thank you for your reply. Can 802.1CB-2017 be configured to remove reserved bits, so as to maintain compatibility with LS1028A.
