Zoning Map 13D shows incorrect zoning Queens block 3548 compared with PDF and historic PDFs

Digital zoning map 13 D iss showing incorrect zoning for Queen block 3548 - Hancock street to Jefferson street, between Wyckoff ave and Cypress Ave.
The current PDF and historic maps 13D since 2000 show an R5B zoning for this block. The digital zoning map incorrectly shows a manufacturing zone M1-4
The manufacturing zone is on the other side of Hancock Street (South Eastern part - even street numbers.)
The R5B zone is from the northwestern side of Hancock Street (odd numbers) to the South Eastern part of Jefferson Ave
The area is even outlined on the map, but an incorrect zoning appears.
