Add Postinstall Confirmation Message to CLI installations #1240

It would be nice (and more professional) for NCPA's installer to give a little message saying that it has been installed successfully rather than just ending as it does
On Windows/Debian, NCPA is accessible by default (unless the firewall has been configured in a way that block it). On EL Linux distros, you will need to open your firewall. This should be addressed, so new users aren't confused.

Requirements:

At the end of the install, either
- A. Open the Port (default 5693)
- B. Ask the user if they want to open the port and if so, open it
- C. Tell the user how to open the port if it's not already open
At the end of the install, add a note that NCPA is installed and that you can access it at https://my.ip.or.url:5693
