Current behavior:
When submiting a bug here, I clicked Open and got a 404 error page.

Expected behavior:
Load Community Support page

Click on Open

I am trying to get help with setting up for development on MacOSX. I will open a separate bug about that, but just wanted to point out the Open/404 issue first
