[Testdata] Refactore the configureServiceForEntityXy(...) methods.

Write new interface ITestdataEntityPresenter (contains the methods in the configureServiceForEntityXy(...) methods.
Include the new interface in all TestDataXyPresenter.
Replace the existing configureServiceForEntityXy(...) methods with one method.
