The main content of the Skosmos concept and vocabulary information is laid out as table, with subheadings on the left column and descriptions on the right column.

This means the text does not really fall under each subheading. In the context of this issue, it's considered as a web content accessibility problem for screen readers. One workaround is to rebuild the main content text with flex boxes instead of tables, like this:

This solution would bring some backwards compatibility issues with older browsers (pre 2015 IE or Safari), but maybe the time is ripe for it.
