I just updated/improved some of the existing German UI string translation and added translations that were still missing on Transifex.

I pulled them from transifex and compiled them using the supplied scripts in order to test them and am already using them locally.

Just an FYI: after more extensive work within Skosmos, I reworked many of the initial translations and made them more clear and easy to understand, consistent with themselves as well as with German terminology for concepts, terms etc. I also started a small German glossary on Transifex that might be useful for the future.
