native:db:seed not running at all

When I try to launch php artisan native:db:seed I got this error

ERROR The "native:seed" command cannot be found because it is registered under multiple names.

I know this error pops out when two or more commands share the same name/alias. But I cannot find any reference or duplicate. I don't think is up to me cause I got this error in a blank new project, otherwise tell me if I'm making any mistake.
