Migrate to Python 3 #280

Currently on Linux and macOS we run Python 2.

Tasks:

Ensure we work with Python 3.
Ensure we run with Python 3 on all machines
Remove all Python 2 code we not longer need
Throw exception and do not run tests in case Python 2 detected
