validated_data_dict is not updated when authors are

e.g. package.author is updated via the CLI or manually in the database, but the old author string is still displayed on the dataset list.

Workaround: edit + save the dataset without making any changes to force a refresh.
(this doesn't work either, but it does update the citation string on the package view page)

Or maybe this is just because SOLR needs reindexing
