Hydrogen bond (HB) strength predicted using various supervised and unsupervised learning models

This repository contains implementations that can perform supervised and unsupervised learnings for given N-dimensional datasets. Moreover, various statistical methods such as sample size determination, estimate, curve fitting, confidence interval (Bootstrapping) that we programmed for this work can also be found.
