Switch builder to use local SSD

Workers are now set up with a newer generation of machines and local SSD. For consistency it’d be best to switch builder to the same configuration. One part that one needs to be careful doing the switch is to make sure that frontends continues to work and specifically that the load balancer still points at the builder machine.
