Use this skeleton application to complete your assigned task, it demonstrates a simple example of a web service using the SLIM Framework, along with a method of connection to a PostgresSQL database.
This skeleton application was built using composer.

Within your idea, or by console if you desire, be sure to install the project's dependencies with 'php composer.phar install'
Running this project is extremely simple, simply navigate to the public folder and execute the command php -s localhost:[YOURPORT] and away you go! You will see simple logging information appear in your terminal window.

You can find a flat SQL to build a PostgreSQL schema in the /database/ directory, this schema will include all the data you need to make a head start
