[Bug] Install dialogue shows despite app actively installing in background

Describe the bug

Happens with both root and regular session installers. Probably needs a slow device.

Despite an app being actively updated in the background, Neo Store still shows the installation confirmation dialogue. If you ignore it, you can see the Install button change to the Launch button, because the app successfully updated without the user accepting the dialogue.

Basically, it seems like Neo Store doesn't detect when an app is being auto-updated after it is fully downloaded, and offers the manual dialogue to confirm its installation if the update happens to take a long time.

This bug happens sometimes and isn't 100% reproducible, likely because of random variation in install times.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Set things up so an app can be auto updated without the install confirmation dialogue.
2. Update it.
3. Wait for the install dialogue to show.
4. Ignore it and see the Install button in the app sheet change to Launch.

Expected behavior

No dialogue should show.

Relevant information:

• Devices: Multiple
• Android Version: 14
• ROM: LOS 21
• App's Version: 1.0.2
• Disabled battery optimization for Neo Store?: Yup.
• What is your selected installer?: Both root session and default session.

It happens for relatively fast devices as well. It just needs the installation process to take slightly longer than Neo Store expects.
