Description

Subtask of the root menu/NeoUI - Give the ability to customize the crosshair

Proposed Solution

Have the ability to export/import crosshair settings
Some visuals somewhere to show the crosshair on top of a background image of a map
- Can have the choice of seeing different backgrounds
Be able to tweak:
- Style/Type
- Size
- Color (RGBA)
- Thickness
- Center dot
- Length
- Gap
- Outline
