@tarojs/plugin-mini-ci 上传抖音服务商小程序模版时报错

复现步骤

taro build --type tt --upload --projectPath dist/tt --enable-es6 true

小程序ID为服务商小程序模版ID

期望结果

期望的结果是服务商小程序模版能够正常上传，并且无报错。

实际结果

目前是服务商小程序模版上传失败，并且报错

问题原因：
服务商小程序ID不会生成体验码，所以在upload的时候参数需要支持为可配置。
