这个preprocessor模块希望在最开始执行,有办法吗

 webpackChain(chain, webpack) {
      chain.merge({
        module: {
          rule: {
            myLoader:{
              test: /\.js$/,

enforce能否满足你?

如果是loader的形式,enforce: 'pre'应该是够用的
另外,webpackChain第二个参数是webpack的实例,可以在各种hook上加上你的处理
