长列表渲染抖动 + 滚动空白 #7378

长列表渲染问题：

（1）抖动问题：不管向上滚动还是向下滚动都会有列表显示跳动闪动的问题，怀疑是代码处理控制的问题，麻烦尽快解决一下！
（2）空白问题：列表总高度一直为length * itemSize，一直往下滚动只显示在屏幕内的item，因此滚动条可以一直滚动，导致底部会有很多的空白。
麻烦优先解决一下！

taro版本：v3.0.7
框架：react
