复现步骤

$ npm install -g @tarojs/cli
OR 使用 yarn 安装 CLI
$ yarn global add @tarojs/cli

期望结果

能正常安装 taro

实际结果

全局安装报错
error An unexpected error occurred: "https://registry.yarnpkg.com/event-stream/-/event-stream-3.3.6.tgz: Request failed "404 Not Found"".

环境信息

Taro  X


  Taro CLI 1.3.6 environment info:
    System:
      OS: macOS 11.0.1
      Shell: 5.8 - /bin/zsh
    Binaries:
      Node: 12.10.0 - /usr/local/bin/node
      Yarn: 1.13.0 - /usr/local/bin/yarn
      npm: 6.10.3 - /usr/local/bin/npm

sudo yarn global add @tarojs/cli
正常安装
