Hi,
It's very thankful to develop two_pass_search methods, and it's very helpful to discover some novel peptides.
I tried this workflow first time, it worked well. But when I tried it the second time, some errors happened. WriteSubMzml processing was interrupted. I don't know what's wrong with it.
Here are log files and configuration when I ran it.

It currently doesn't support ddaPASEF .d files: #1417

Is it helpful to transfer .d files to other formats? If so, which format would you recommend transferring them to?

It won’t help. But we will support ddaPASEF soon.
