I've made some edits after reading through the Wiki to remove dead links and avoid advertising deprecated features (AutoBinding).

Since github wiki repos can't be forked or receive PRs, I've made a copy with my changes here:

By the way, the fact that we can't fork or receive PRs for wiki pages is a great argument for not using the wiki at all and documenting via MD files in the code. Would you agree?
