Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It is a common use-case to set key or value as a serialized data structure. Is this case, just stringfied byte data is hard to read in veiwer. If this tool can deserialize it as registered deserializer code(or class, schema), this tool could be adopted to almost every data source.
