Test cases requiring syntax components once possible

Having challenges that require e.g. "has at least X blocks" or "uses fewer than X blocks" or "uses an if statement" are possible to implement in NetsBlox once the "split by blocks" option is included. That can help prevent students from "cheating" by only handling the given test cases.
