ESP32-S3 W5500 & Arduino on PlatformIO

Thank you very much for this library, it looks like it's just what I have been looking for.

I use Arduino on PlatformIO and have struggled to find a reliable/working ethernet library for W5500 or DM9051 modules.

Parts of the project also don't like the Arduino IDE or ESP_IDF (without a lot of work).

I'll let you know how I get on with it.

I also have an ENC28J60 module to try, so thank you for supporting that one as well

Just tried to compile the project with this library and get this error
.pio/libdeps/esp32-s3-devkitc-1/EthernetESP32/src/Ethernet.h:24:10: fatal error: Network.h: No such file or directory

It looks like it needs the Arduino core 3.0.1, sadly this isn't, currently, easily or reliably available on PlatformIO.
