[feature] 能否增加一个 log 到本地文件的功能？ #411

比如在 ddns-config.json 里添加：

logPath: log文件路径。

当 debug 为 false 时，记录程序功能运行情况到 log 文件。

当 debug 为 true 时，记录完整的 debug 信息到 log 文件。
