Bug Report

Summary

When managing SDV through GOG Galaxy on Windows, the supplementary GOG Galaxy files are added to the "External Changes" page. They aren't essential for the game to function but may cause problems with GOG Galaxy if removed. Perhaps we can ignore them?

Steps to reproduce

  1. Be on Windows
  2. Install SDV with GOG Galaxy
  3. Manage it with the app
  4. Check "External changes".

What is the expected behaviour?

These files are either considered part of the game OR are ignored.
