Bring app window to front setting isn't working

Summary

The "Bring app window to front" setting defaults to "true" but when adding a collection, the app doesn't pop into focus.

Steps to reproduce

1. Start the app.
2. Add a collection from the site.
3. See the app window remains in the background.

What is the expected behaviour?

The app window comes into focus.

I'm not sure what a log would say that the replication steps can't, but here goes!

The message was properly passed along, did the collection page open after adding the collection?
