I have recently installed multiple new mods which have FOMOD options for selecting relevant patches (some manual, some auto), and I noticed some of them having patches that, at the time, I wasn't intending on using. Since then, I have added relevant mods that require said patches, but I no longer remember which mods contained said patches. In a large modlist, this can become a daunting task to revisit lots of mods one by one manually.
My suggestion is thus for a way that Vortex can take note of such installations, and at least suggest reviewing them upon detecting that relevant mods were added that might require included patches.
Thanks for taking the time to read my rant. :)
