Docker install is done, whats next?

Hi, I´ve read alot about you tool. What I want to do is, I`m using an Synology NAS with AdGuard Home, Plex, Home Assistant an so on. All this plattform can be reached via "ip:port" but I only want to type in "plex" and it schould redireckt to the Plex ip and port, can I do that with your tool?
Do I have to do some other configurations after the install?
